Terms of Use

The boundaries and responsibilities that keep StillCue straightforward and safe.

Effective: 19 August 2026

Publisher and acceptance

StillCue is published by Michał Małek, Poland. By downloading or using StillCue, you agree to these Terms and Apple’s applicable App Store terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

General wellness only

StillCue provides general wellness and exercise guidance. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, or a promise of any health or sexual outcome.

Do not use StillCue as a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional. If you have symptoms, recently had surgery, are under professional care, or are unsure whether pelvic floor exercise is appropriate for you, seek professional advice and follow that advice instead of the app.

Safe use

Exercise should feel controlled and allow comfortable breathing and complete release. Stop if you feel pain or discomfort. Rest and try again only when you feel comfortable and pain-free. If pain persists or returns, contact a qualified healthcare professional.

You remain responsible for deciding whether to start, continue, pause, or stop a session and whether to accept a suggested plan change.

License and acceptable use

You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use StillCue for lawful personal purposes, subject to Apple’s standard licensed-application terms. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, resell, interfere with, misuse, or attempt unauthorized access to the app or its services except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Purchases

Lifetime Pro is a non-consumable in-app purchase associated with your Apple Account. Apple processes payment, restoration, refunds, taxes, and storefront availability under its terms. Features may require compatible Apple hardware, software, iCloud, or a paired Apple Watch.

Availability and changes

StillCue may be updated, corrected, changed, suspended, or discontinued. We aim to preserve purchased access where technically and legally possible, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, permanent compatibility with every device, or availability of Apple-operated services.

Responsibility and mandatory rights

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StillCue is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. The publisher is not responsible for losses caused by misuse, ignoring safety guidance, incompatible devices, unavailable third-party services, or circumstances outside reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by Polish law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of residence. Courts and dispute-resolution bodies have jurisdiction as provided by applicable law.
