Who is responsible
StillCue is published by Michał Małek, Poland. For privacy questions, contact support@stillcue.app.
What the app stores
The app stores your selected practice goal, plan and schedule, preferences, completed-session records, and bounded answers such as Too easy, About right, or Too hard. This information lets StillCue show your history and offer small changes that you decide whether to apply.
StillCue does not store pain or discomfort selections, symptoms, diagnoses, sexual outcomes, free-form health notes, heart-rate data, location, advertising identifiers, or analytics events.
Private iCloud sync
When iCloud is available, supported practice data synchronizes through the private CloudKit database of your Apple Account. StillCue has no account system or developer-readable backend. Private CloudKit records are available only to the signed-in user by default and count toward that user’s iCloud storage.
Core practice remains available offline. Changes made offline synchronize when iCloud becomes available again.
Apple services
Apple operates iCloud and CloudKit synchronization, App Store purchases and restoration through StoreKit, notification delivery, and diagnostics that you choose to share with Apple. Apple processes that information under its own privacy terms. StillCue does not receive your Apple Account credentials or payment-card information.
When you contact support
If you email support, Michał Małek receives your email address, message, and any attachments you choose to send. This information is used only to respond, protect the service, and meet applicable legal obligations. Please do not include symptoms, diagnoses, pain details, sexual-health information, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Support correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes and is then deleted, unless a longer period is required to resolve a dispute or comply with law. The support mailbox may be hosted or forwarded using third-party email providers.
Legal bases and your choices
Where European data-protection law applies, support information is processed as necessary to respond to your request, perform the service relationship, and pursue the legitimate interests of operating and securing StillCue. Mandatory legal obligations may also require limited processing.
You can use core practice offline, export your activity explicitly, and delete session history and difficulty check-ins from Settings. Deletion is applied to the app’s supported local and private CloudKit records and may require time to synchronize across devices.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of personal information that the publisher controls, and you may object to certain processing. Email support@stillcue.app. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority; in Poland this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
Children and changes
StillCue is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We may update this policy when the product or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the current version.
